Ireland IIHF World Championships - Streaming?

    Hi
Does anyone know of website streaming the World Championship games live? I don't live in a country showing any of the games on tv.
I've searched the web but can't find anywhere like the site that showed all the world cup game.
    Thanks
    Matt

TV2 sport from Denmark offers PPV streaming. However I don't know if it's available from outside Denmark.

Three Finnish channel streams. Works all around the world.

We do not allow references/links to underground sites that infringe copyrights. Some of you have been here long enough to know that.

Acctually this is a totally different case, cause it was the company owning canal+ that took myp2p to the court because of streaming events that we normally have to pay for. Well myp2p happend to win the case in most of the events...

Now this is a totally different thing, those three channels are all free in Finland. I can paste the TV schedule of the games which games are shown, they should be showing all the "important matches".

Those links shouldn't be illeagle and they are only directions to vlc channels to me? But the only negative side in those channels are that they are in finnish. On tv2 and fst in tv have also alternative commantary on swedish but i dont think its possible to choose on strems.

Also they should be fairly high quality (HD or normal digi tv). Since finland hasnt had "normal" analoge tv channels for some years, so all the channels are at least digi-tv quality so should be better than normal, at least the most streams on internet are crappy quality.

The IIHF site has an official webcast where you can buy a package that includes all games or by each game separately:

Unfortunately, these broadcasts are not available to those in the United States. Universal Sports has the rights to broadcast a few medal round games over the Internet in the United States, but the other games will not be available. I would like to subscribe to this package and view the games on demand. Does anyone know how I could use a proxy server to make it appear that I am accessing the http://ihwc09.infrontams.tv web site from a country other than the United States? I tried some techniques related to proxy spoofing, but they did not seem to work.

This is too bad. In the past, WCSN.com was $4.95 for the entire month of the tournament. Best value ever, ever, ever.
