    As I thought, they might think it's a bit too early, this being the first season, and might only be looking to impose sanctions from next season or the one after that, so that the teams get more time to adjust to this rather new setting. What do you think?

    Kedr, thanks for posting the revised KHL salary budgets.

    Long story, but just to make clear, the unofficial (gross) team budget published earlier in this thread are not reliable.
