I got the following information:

In Kyrgystan they played a "Tournament for the IIHF Anniversary". No idea, if this was the "National Championship". I believe, not.....

Winner of that Tournament was "Narvyn". Other participants: "Chaek", "Kant", "Karakol" and "Cholpon-Ata"

No more infos...
