Whats the website for the AIHL for 2008 - http://theaihl.com/ seems to have expired and another referenced in this forum http://www.aihl.com.au/ is something different...

I don’t think there is one atm.
There should be, the season starts in 2 weeks.

There's a new site in development. I've been giving the teams the hurry up but they're dragging the chain.

I'm expecting the site up by the end of April.

Temporarily the site will be at http://www.esportsdesk.com/leagues/front_pageesd.cfm?clientID=3856&leagueID=11464

I know its not of much help right now but for future reference, when the AIHL website fails (as it did multiple times last season), IHNSW tends to put all the AIHL info and stats on its site since the format is exactly the same.

The AIHL season's already heating up. I've heard Adelaide's procured a 20-something year old goalie from Sweden (saw it on eurohockey) and Melbourne Ice has already started its tryouts. Rumor has it there are 28 imports trying out for the squad. Even if that numbers been exaggerated two fold thats a tonne of imports.

That won't happen this season.

We've ended our contract with eGloo Tech, who did both the IHNSW and former AIHL websites.

The new one will be up soon after the teams get their collective fingers out.
