Any Serbian players playing in North America?

Anyone know of any Serbian players playing in North America?

Looking over the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University team roster (http://www.erauicehockey.com/roster2.html) I saw Milenkovic, Bojan from Belgrade. Probably the first Serbian I've seen in this area. Are there many Serbians that have come to North America and played hockey?

I have a friend that is going to Embry-Riddle so I plan to catch a few games with him.

Anyone know what team Milenkovic played for back in Belgrade?

(Embry-Riddle's hockey team is about Junior A/Junior B level by the way. It's just club hockey. Not as good as NCAA, but Embry-Riddle is one of the more skilled club teams.)

Are you a dual citizen? If so, you would need to play two seasons in Serbia to qualify.

That is good, but You still have to play two seasons in Serbian league to be allowed to play for Team Serbia.

The link to the IIHF eligibility rules will explain everything.

You will need to gain citizenship with proof of citizenship, and as a dual-national, you will have to have played at least 2 consecutive seasons in Serbia to become eligible for the national team.

Denis Budai - born in Subotica, our boy
... he played for Spartak untill 14-16 year (don't know), after that he played for Partizan Belgrade, and after all left to USA (American Int'l College NCAA). All I know for him is that he's good player, but I heard that coach in this team was very strict about players from abroad ('cause of that he didn't play much games).

In Serbian hockey started preparation for our league (still, we don't know the start time) but two team played first game in Novi Sad icehall "Spens":

Vojvodina - Spartak 5-3

Spartak roster was:
goa. : Vidaković , Vig
def. : Rac, Fehervari, Prokić, Nikolić, Damjanović, Bošnjak, Nešković
forw. : Ziđarević, Sabadoš S., Bursać, Dakić, Dulić, Peter, Janković Bg., Janković P., Orlov, Šutić, Ber, Plavšić, Zwick.
coach : Šemsedinović, Brestovac

New players are:
M.Prokic, N.Nikolic, Bg.Jankovic, Pr.Jankovic, Orlov, Sutic - Belgrade boys (Partizan&Beostar)... and some boys which returned from Novi Sad and Belgrade like Zidjarevic, Fehervari, Damjanovic, Bursac, Vidakovic (we hope that Brestovac will play too) - and we wait for youngster brother of Sebastian Sabados, Robert Sabados who is play for CZvezda in junior Hungary league.

Probably, only tree teams in first round of Serbian league:
hk Vojvodina, Hk Crvena Zvezda, hk Spartak/ 8 or 12 games reg part, and playoff with Partizan (they are in Slo-league).
